Delete your account

If you would like to delete your BlazeBite account and all associated data, you can do so by following the steps below.

How to request account deletion

   From the app: Open the BlazeBite app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and follow the prompts to confirm.

   By email: Send a request to info@blazebite.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Order history and saved payment methods
• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Any saved preferences and favorites

Important notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• We will process your request within 30 days.
• Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance).
• If you have any outstanding orders, please allow them to be completed before requesting deletion.
